For weeks, we’ve all been glued to the news searching for updates about COVID-19. Since March 10, 2020, I have provided almost daily updates about the science, data, and facts that are informing my decision-making, not just on a day-to-day basis, but sometimes on an hour-by-hour basis.

Amid the COVID-19 Coronavirus, local grocer, RF Buche will be delivering a little something extra to his customers in their Easter “basket”. “We will be giving every customer (while supplies last) a fresh rose. It’s our way of saying we care about you” said RF Buche, owner of Buche Foods.

ANNUAL SPELLING BEE HELD AT A.C.E.

1st through 6th grade students at Andes Central Elementary participated in the school’s annual Spelling Bee on Tuesday, February 11. The spelling bee consisted of two parts: a written test of 35 words and an oral contest. Medals were awarded to the first three places in each grade level.
