I believe that rock music is the best music genre. Let me tell you why. There are many different types of rock music. There is alternative rock, classic rock, indie rock and many other types of rock.

The library is again planning to help hold a Flag Burning Ceremony on Flag Day, on Wednesday, June 14th. Watch for more details as the date gets closer. If you have flags that have been damaged and you would like to have them destroyed in the ceremony, bring to the library during our open hours.

Wagner Community Memorial Hospital - Avera Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on April 26, 2023 with 20 members present. President Pearl Weber called the meeting to roder and Jeanette Fuchs read the Auxiliary Prayer. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

The 605 Unity JAM is set to be held on Sunday, June 11 at the park at Wagner Lake, on the edge of Wagner, S.D.. The event has drawn attention from across southeastern South Dakota as the idea is viewed as a very unique event for this part of South Dakota.

President Pro Temp Bryan Slaba brought the Wagner Rotary Club to order on April 26, 2023, once again. Pastor/Rotarian Bill Heermann gave thanks for the weather, food, and fellowship. There was one guest present, Gavin Weber son of Rotarian Jerry Weber.
