As the countdown to Christmas is getting shorter, the plans with families are started. Our usual Christmas tradition of getting all the siblings together and having a big supper. Then we sit down in the living room and open all of our presents on Christmas Eve. After all the presents are open, we do a white elephant gift exchange with just the siblings. The gift idea is based on the letter of the alphabet my dad puts on the cow tags. This year our letter is H.

After school, he goes home and does one of his favorite hobbies, plays video games. Another one of Aaden’s favorite hobbies is playing sports; his favorite is soccer.

The hardest part of coming back is leaving my kids and having to wake up earlier. She was pleased, however, with how well Mrs. Ethel Cooper, her long-term substitute, had prepared the groups. She only added finishing details with diction and dynamics to polish the selections for performance. Mrs. Schultz said, “Students are very flexible and able to adjust and make changes quickly.”
