The Bon Homme County Commissioners have voted to have me represent Bon Homme County in the controversial Rail to Trail Project. District III in Yankton has put together costs involved with this project. Trai ls Development $140,000 per mile times 60 miles is $8,400,000.

As I and six other Hunter’s Safety volunteer instructors living in Hartington, having taught Hunters Safety courses of for over 22 years, we’ve seen an average of 30 youths and adults attending our classes each fall. The first Hunters Safety course held was held in New York in 1949.
