Hello. My name is Edward Red Lightning, Sr. I am a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe and life time resident. Over the last two years we've had the Covid Virus, isolation practice, withdraw from Afghanistan, numerous mass shootings, rioting, basically a lot of chaos.
