Patricia (Stricker) Roller, 56, of Marty, died unexpectedly at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Funeral services were Tuesday, January 6 at the Marty Community Center. Burial was in the Native American Church Cemetery, rural Wagner. Wake services began Saturday at the Community Center in Marty. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Patricia Ann Stricker was a direct descendant of Mato Sabi Ceya (Chief Smutty Bear). She was born on September 3, 1969, to Timothy Henry Stricker and Sheila Pomani.

Patricia enjoyed cooking for holidays, doing beadwork, fishing, and spending time with her family. Above all, she loved her grandchildren deeply.

She attended Marty Indian School and Wagner Community School. During that time, she met Phillip R. Drapeau Sr., and together they had two sons: Isiah Drapeau and Phillip R. Drapeau, Jr. After the passing of Phillip Sr., Patricia later met William Roller Sr., with whom she had four sons: William Roller Jr., Royce Roller, Israel Roller, and Lloyd Roller.

Patricia is survived by her sister, Janice Stricker; her six sons; her grandsons, Liam Sun Roller and Kai Mato Roller; and many other relatives and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; one brother; and two grandchildren.
