Myron Lloyd “DD” Youngbluth, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at his residence in Paris, TN. DD was born in Wagner on January 22, 1938, to the late Lloyd and Genevieve (Fry) Youngbluth.

DD served his country as a Korean War era Veteran from 1955-1958. He was assigned to an artillery unit, spending most of his service in Germany with the U.S. Army.

On June 6, 1959, he married Colleen Welch of Lake Andes. Shortly after marriage, DD and family moved to California where he worked as a Union insulator before starting his own contracting business. He retired in 2003 and moved to Paris, TN.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen, two sons, Brad Youngbluth of Loomis, CA and Bruce (Tristyne) Youngbluth of Hummelstown, PA, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and two brothers Bill (Janet) of Paris, TN and Jay (Linda) of Wagner.

A small private service was held for the immediate family in Paris, TN. A memorial service will be held on July 13 at 11:00 a.m. in his hometown of Wagner where he will be placed to rest. The memorial service with Military Honors will be held at the Wagner Cemetery.
