Avon School District is conducting a child search for children aged 5 and below, residing in the Avon School District. Please contact the school if you have a preschool age child who lives in the Avon School District and currently does not attend Avon’s preschool or kindergarten.

The Avon School District is planning a Kindergarten Shadow Day on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, for children who will be entering kindergarten in the 2026-2027 school year. The child must be five years of age prior to September 1, 2026, according to SDCL.
