10 Years Ago - 2016A small class of 17 seniors made their final walk down the isle for their 2016 diplomas. Brad Poppe, Avon School Computer/Business Ed/Tech Coordinator was named "Educator of the Year". Pirates Awards Banquet was held.

2026-2027 Avon School District Preschool Enrollment

Applications are currently being accepted for Preschool Enrollment at Avon School District for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must be four years of age by August 31. Please return applications by May 29, 2026. The cost for the program is $130 per month.

BON HOMME CHAPTER IWLA TRAP SEASON BEGINS

Bon Homme County Chapter IWLA began their trap season on Wednesday, May 6th at 7:00 p.m. The trap range is open to the public. No experience necessary! There are no teams or scores. You are welcome to shoot one round or as many rounds as you like. Come on down for some summer time entertainment.

Wagner Community School held a Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2026 on Saturday, May 9th where 37 students received their diploma. Congratulations Class of 2026!

ROLLIN' INTO SUMMER SAFETY

Lots of fun was had at the Rollin’ Into Summer Safely event, sponsored by Wagner Communities That Care! Over 200 helmets were given to WCS K-2 graders and bikes were given out at the after-school event.

The May 6th meeting of the Wagner Rotary club began with a warm welcome from Rotarian Jeff Doom who officiated in place of Rotarian Jamie Soukup who is busy right now with his Pioneer business. It is planting time around Wagner!
