Lance OdensLance Odens was born on October 25, 2007 to parents, Rachel and Craig Odens. Lance’s siblings are Abby and Lilyanna Odens. His favorite subject in school is physical education because it is fun!

Over the last two years, it’s become clear our district needs a proven Republican voice in Pierre. When Erin was in the Legislature, she got things done and delivered for District 21, and she’ll do it again.Even while she’s been out of the Legislature, Erin hasn’t stepped away.

FREEMAN: Heritage Hall Museum & Archives has a full slate of activities planned during Schmeckfest 2026, April 10 and 11. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday with admission good for both days. Special programming begins at 1 p.m.

The Wagner Rotary Club’s weekly meeting began with President Jamie Soukup giving the bell three rings to bring members to order. There is no program once every quarter in when the club has a business meeting only. There were no guests and we quickly went through our Rotary Prayer and our meal.

Each April, we observe the Month of the Military Child — a time to honor the sons and daughters of those who serve. Their strength reminds us that service to our nation extends beyond those in uniform.

Dakota Jubilee Men’s Choir will be performing their home concert on Sunday, April 12th at Prairie’s Edge Methodist Church in Stickney at 7 p.m. They will be performing a variety of sacred, spiritual, and gospel numbers.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 10 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner with burial to follow at the Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Wagner. Lunch will be provided for a time of fellowship and sharing of memories back at the church.
