The Cozy Theatre sponsored a dance and the proceeds were turned over to the Drought Relief Committee. About four hundred farmers have received feed from supply cares donated by Red Cross and other organizations.
D.K. Piroutek, Deputy Clerk of Courts, purchased a residence in the northeast part of town that was formerly occupied by Floyd Taylor. Mr. Taylor moved his family to the Ness residence, second door south of the Episcopal church.
