Adj. General Duke Corninng called for two bulldozers and two front end loaders for the 137th Engr. Bn. Guard Unit in Wagner to assist in snow removal in the north central part of the state. Bob Wiechmann and Jack Soulek were on snow removal detail in the Geddes/Platte area.
James Costello joined the Deadwood City Police Department.
