Aced Concrete & Landscaping formerly of Black Duck, MN has recently relocated to Wagner. Ryan Strand has owned and operated Aced Concrete & Landscaping for the last two years. Ryan came up with the name while playing cards one day, it came to him that it is hard to beat an ace in cards and thus came the name Aced Concrete and Landscaping. Aced Concrete and Landscaping is a construction business that offers decorative concrete, garage floors and landscaping. Ryan feels that what sets his business apart from others is that he has an eye for concrete design and really enjoys being able to help someone make their vision a reality.

When asked why he wanted to start this type of business, Ryan said that he has been in masonry his entire life. It is something that he is very skilled at and work that he enjoys doing. Ryan started doing masonry work at a young age, and has been doing it professionally for over ten years. Ryan is currently the sole operator, but will be looking to hire employees in the near future.

For Ryan, the best part about being a business owner is that it has given him the opportunity to spend more time with his family. Ryan’s goal for Aced Concrete & Landscaping is to build up the business so that one day he can pass it on to his children when he decides to retire.

Ryan and his family recently moved to Wagner from Black Duck, MN. They have only been in the area for a few months, but are already enjoying the community. When asked what he has enjoyed the most about the Wagner community, Ryan responded that Wagner has everything a person could ever want in a small town. Wagner is a great community. After he gets settled in to the community, Ryan has full intentions to get involved in community organizations and activities. Ryan is married to his wife, Callie, who is the new postmaster of Wagner. They have two children a son, Huxley, and a daughter, Evelynn. Ryan has many interests and hobbies including hunting, family, Jesus, fishing and being outdoors.
