Much of the week was spent discussing SB 41. SB 41 establishes a program for housing infrastructure loans and/or grants, makes an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency. This is a 200-million- dollar appropriation, 50 millioncomesfromtheAmerican Rescue Plan Act funds and 150 million from general fund money.
