On May 12, Gabriella Weddell was honored with a star quilt and an I pad. This was given by Galicia Drapeau and Greg Fredderick family in honor of Makenzee Drapeau. Seven years ago Makenzee passed away when she was in the first grade. Since then, each year her family donates a star quilt and Ipad to a first grader who excels in reading and in their class. This is a tribute to Makenzee who loved to read books.
