The WCS volleyball team has 28 players on their team this 2023 season. The teams are coached by long-time WCS volleyball coach Tana Langdeaux, who has coached volleyball for over thirty years at WCS and first-year coach, Lauren Bastemeyer. Middle school is divided into three teams A, B and C for their games. This year’s team members are Eva Kjeldgaard, Kendra VanDuysen, Kaylee Zephier, Kaymari Drapeau, Taeya Havranek, Taelyn Knebel, Bella Kotab, Tegan Langdeaux, Jersey McBride, TyShay Medicine Bear, Izzy Myer, LeLonna Picotte, Kaitlyn Zephier, Aulliana Arpan, Mary Ashes, Peyton Drapeau, Raeyon Fool Bull, Eva Freidal, Kymani Gullikson, Sophie Jenson, Camry Link, Emma McNinch, Hallie Roberts, Aspyn Schroeder, Clarah Soukup, Emma Turner, Peytyn Wiechmann and Kenzie Zwanziger.

The win/loss record does not matter to the coaches. They are more focused on the daily improvement of the girls in practice and team improvements in games. It is about the fundamentals and doing the little things right to set the girls up for success as they grow and continue to play volleyball.
