The Good Samaritan Society-Tyndall is preparing for its 15th annual Walk of Flags. Individuals wishing to pay tribute to someone special on Memorial weekend may contact the nursing home to purchase an American flag. The name of the person being honored or remembered (one name per flag) and the donor’s name will be placed on a colored tag which will be tied on the 12x18 stick flag. The color of the tag will signify one of the five giving levels available. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be used toward resident centered projects at the nursing home. Deadline to purchase a flag is May 22. Everyone is invited to come stroll through the patriotic flag display May 23-26.
