According to the latest information from the Administrative Officer at the Sioux Falls VA Research and Development Service Line, the Wagner clinic is currently scheduled to open on July 6, 2020.

The clinic will be open by appointment only. Because of the small size of the waiting area, only three veterans will be allowed access at a time with face masks being required. To schedule an appointment, call the clinic at 605-384-2340. A new receptionist has been hired and veterans are being assured that the phone will be answered.

Veterans taking precautions against COVID-19 that do not want to meet their provider face to face are encouraged to use telehealth video appointments using VA Video Connect. If you are interested in receiving care through Video Connect, contact your provider and they will help you get set up. Once you make an appointment to meet with your VA provider through VA Video Connect, you will receive an email notification from VA with instructions.
