Jhett Breen earned 3rd place on long jump.

On Tuesday, May 2, Wagner traveled to Armour to compete in the LMVC track meet. Both teams would end up in third place at the end of the day.

The girls had one event champion of the day and that was Ashlyn Koupal as she cleared

4’8” to win the high jump.

The boys had three champions with Karstyn Lhotak winning the pole vault as he would clear 11’ 1”. Jackson Rolston won the 300 hurdles in a time of 47.89. The medley relay team consisting of Matt Link, Shea Kjeldgaard, Jhett Breen, and Glen Cournoyer took home top honors in a time of 3:59.6.

7. AC/DC 9 On Thursday, May 4, Wagner’s track and field teams traveled back to Armour for the Burnell Glanzer Relays. This meet was rescheduled from earlier in the year and thus was attended by only six teams. Wagner did not bring a full team to this meet for various reasons but those who did attend gave a nice effort.

For the girls Shalayne Nagel would win the 100 and 200 dashes in times of 13.47 and 27.24, respectively. Presley Slaba would win the

1600 run in a time of 6:41.14 and Kya Kjeldgaard won the high jump reaching a height of 4’3”. Other placers for the girls were: Shot Put: Macy Koupal- 31’ 3”

Caleb Zephier claimed first in the triple jump with a mark of 36’ 8 ½”. Glen Cournoyer would win the mile in a time of 5:30.72.
