This Week in Rotary News

The Wagner Rotary Club met for an early breakfast at the Wagner Community School on Monday, August 12th. The Club has been hosting the early morning breakfast for WCS employees for many years now. It is our way of welcoming new teachers and employees and greeting those employees who are returning for another school year.

Rotary members participating were: Patty and Bill Frei, Dave Isebrands, Jerry Weber, Bryan Slaba, Rachel Woods, Jerry and Kathe Henke, Becky Brunsing, Gerrit Juffer, Jeff Doom, Francis Doom, Joe Stedronsky and Scott McAdaragh. Wagner Super Food provides the rolls, fruit and juice and serves it to the staff.

Principal Neil Goter said that the school employs about 120 staff total. Photo above shows a slide show being introduced by Lory DuFrain, WCS Financial Officer welcoming all staff to the new 2019-2020 school year. If you haven't been to the school in some time, there are some very attractive Tigers and Tiger Paw Prints decorating the entire room as a border. Wagner has a beautiful school facility!
