The Wagner Red Raiders put together a dominant performance Friday night, defeating Hot Springs 35-7.
Quarterback Gannon Knebel led the charge with a huge night throwing for 251 yards and 2 touchdowns while rushing for 122 yards and adding 3 more scores on the ground. Through the air, Shea Kjeldgaard hauled in 96 yards receiving with a touchdown, Cruise Koupal added 63 yards and a score, and Carlos Galindo chipped in 60 yards.
Defensively, Knebel also made his mark with 7 tackles and an interception. Slaten Podzimek contributed 4 tackles and an interception, while Brayden Kreber added 3 tackles for loss to help shut down the Hot Springs attack.
The Red Raiders improve their season mark with the decisive win.
