WAGNER ORAL INTERP AT THE WINNER WARRIOR CONTEST
The Wagner Oral Interp season officially started on Saturday October 2 at the Winner Warrior Oral Interp Meet. We have been fortunate to have been invited to this season opening contest every year. This is the perfect contest for our students to step back into Oral Interp and get a good feel for what the room is like to have an audience and a judge.
Yes! They are back live, and in-person this year. It is good to be back in the swing of things, the way they should be; having the audience to drive the student’s speeches. Whereas last year, they had to perform for every away meet in front of a video camera being recorded with no true audience.
The kids have been anxiously awaiting and preparing for this first meet for quite some time. The results they achieved reflect that practice and dedication. Wagner did not disappoint. The results are as follows:
