Wagner hosted its first track meet in three years on Tuesday, April 12, with 16 teams participating. Conditions were pleasant for the first three hours or so, but unfortunately the winds became too much to bear and the track meet was cancelled after the girls 300 meter hurdles had been run.

Wagner had one champion of the day and that was Alcista Dion as she cleared a height of 8’0” in the pole vault. Other placers for the girls were:

Shot Put: Emma Yost- 34’ 6 ¾” (2nd)

Discus: Emma Yost- 105’ 4” (4th)

High Jump: Ashlyn Koupal- 5’1” (3rd)

100 Hurdles: Elizabeth Woods- 17.08 (2nd), Lydia Yost- 19.49 (6th)

100 Dash: Alcista Dion- 13.72 (4th)

400 Dash: Shalayne Nagel- 1:07.15 (5th)

300 Hurdles: Elizabeth Woods- 1:00.37 (6th)

Pole Vault: Karstyn Lhotak- 9’0” (2nd)

4x800 Relay: Lael Young, Henry Hayward, Riley Roberts, Glen Cournoyer- 9:12.60 (4th)

100 Dash: Matt Link- 11.98 (5th)

1600 Run: Glen Cournoyer- 5:23.19 (4th)

400 Dash: Toby Zephier- 59.70 (3rd)
