Annually at the American Legion State Convention there is a Department One Year Post Yearbook History Contest. Alyssa took all newspaper articles that involved the Wagner Legion Post and incorporated them into a scrapbook that chronicled everything that the Post and their members did for the 2024-2025 year.

The Wagner Sons of the American Legion Squadron #11 was awarded the Triple Nickle Award for 2024-2025. The Wagner Squadron had 100% membership renewal and 112% of their membership goal. To join the Sons of the Amer-ican Legion, one must be a male descendant, adoptive son, stepson of a member of the American Legion and such male descendants of Veterans who died in service, or who died subsequent to their honorable discharge from such service, shall be eligible for membership.
