Wagner Community Memorial Hospital- Avera Auxiliary held their monthly meeting May 22 with eight members present. President Pearl Weber called the meeting to order and members read the Auxiliary Prayer.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was given and approved.

The next Life Serve Blood Drive will be held June 11 at the Wagner Fire Hall from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The auxiliary will be serving brats July 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Wagner Super Foods. Workers will be Jeanette Doom, Marlene Stone, Joan Houska and Jeanette Fuchs.

Mayme Crisman made a motion to nominate Joan Houska for Vice-President, seconded by Marlene Stone. Motion carried.

Quilt raffle ticket books were handed out to the present members to get all auxiliary members and will also collect membership dues for 2025. Tickets and money need to be returned by October 23rd meeting. Drawing for the quilt will be held at the October meeting.

The next meeting will be held September 25 with refreshments being served by Marlene Stone or Mayme Crisman.

There being no further business, Mayme Crisman made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Joan Houska. Motion carried. Refreshments were served by Pearl Weber.
