The Wagner Hospital Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on March 27, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with eleven members present.

The meeting was called to order by President Pearl W. and members read the Auxiliary Prayer.

Minutes from the February meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Virginia P., seconded by Jeanette D., motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was given with bills paid and deposits for the month. Motion to approve the report was made by Susan F., seconded by Jeanette F., motion carried.

The work schedule for the Farm, Garden and Home show on March 29 and 30 was set up. Workers on March 29 are as follows: Virginia P. andJeanetteF.from12:00-2:00p.m.; Juanita S. and JoAnn H. from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and Pearl W. and JoAnn W. from 4:00-7:00 p.m. The booth will not be set up on March 30.

Will discuss at the May meeting having quilt at different local businesses to sell raffle tickets during the summer. Joan N. will check with Wagner Super Foods for date that Auxiliary will sell brats in June or July.

Just a reminder for the Auxiliary members to call (605) 384-7232 by April 19 if planning to attend the Spring Tea. The Tea will be held at the Wagner Theater on April 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Invitations have been mailed to all members. The Tea will be our April meeting.

The next regular meeting will be on May 22, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. and Jeanette F. will serve refreshments.

There being no further business, JoAnn W. made motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Joan N., motion carried; Refreshments were served by Pearl W.

Members worked putting more raffle ticket books together.
