The Wagner Hospital Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on September 26 at 1:30 p.m., with 12 members present. Pres. Pearl W. called the meeting to order with members reading the Auxiliary Prayer.

A member from the Hospital Activities committee handed out invitations to members for the Hospital Christmas party, which will be held December 7, at the Wagner Movie Theater with Social Hour at 6:00 p.m., and Dinner at 7:00 p.m. Please RSVP by calling 605-384-7312 (leave a message) by November 23, 2018. This invitation is for all Auxiliary members.

The minutes of the May meeting were read. Motion was made by Jan C. and seconded by Mayme C. to approve the minutes after the corrections were made.

The treasurer's report was given with the deposits and expenses made since the May meeting. Motion was made by JoAnn W. and seconded by Virginia P. to approve the Treasurer's report.

Virginia P. gave a report of cards sent out during the summer months.

Marlene S. gave a report from the Blood Drive held on September 24. There were 35 donors with up to 105 lives saved. Francis Kocer was an all time donor of seven gallons.

Mayme C. made a motion to reimburse Joan N. $6.00 for treats furnished to donors at the Blood Drive. Motion was seconded by Virginia P.

The Auxiliary will be selling quilt raffle tickets at the local grocery stores in October. Wagner Super Foods on October 20 with workers being Jeanette D. and Jeanette F. and Buche Foods on October 27 with workers being Mayme C. and Joan N.

The new officers for 2018-2019 were installed. They are as follows: Pres. Pearl W., Vice Pres. Mayme C., Secretary Jeanette F. and treasurer Jeanette D.

The next meeting will be held October 24 at 1:30 p.m., with Margie S. serving refreshments.

There being no further business, the motion was made by Marlene S. and seconded by Virginia P. to adjourn the meeting. Refreshments were served by JoAnn H.
