The Raiders played Parkston at home Thursday night. Wagner trailed 16-15 after the first period and 29-23 heading into halftime. The boys tied the game late 49-49 but never got a lead and lost 56-53. Carter Cournoyer had his second straight double double scoring 17 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Jesse Zephier added 11 points and had 4 assists. Preston McFayden added 9 points and had 6 rebounds. Parker Petry scored 6 points, Joey Cournoyer Jr. scored 5 points and had 6 rebounds, Javian Pesicka scored 3 points on an fashioned 3 point play and Brady Cournoyer chipped in 2 points. Wagner out rebounded Parkston 36-22 but committed 10 more turnovers which proved to be the difference in the game.

Wagner JV Falls to Parkston

The Raider JV lost to Parkston Thursday night. The game was tied 7-7 after the first period and Wagner led 16-12 at halftime. The Trojans put up 24 second half points to pull away from Wagner by a final score of 34-27. Javian Pesicka led the team with 9 points, Brady Cournoyer scored 8, Frank Soukup and Carlos Galindo each scored 5.

Wagner loses C game

The Wagner C team got another game in Thursday night against Parkston. The Raiders fell behind 11-6 after the first period and trailed 21-10 heading into halftime. Wagner cut into the lead in the second half but lost the game 39-24. Damien Red Lightning led Wagner with 7 points, Ky Arpan had 6 points, Winston Little Moon and AJ Kotab scored 4 points each, Kobe Drapeau had 2 and Dominic Doom scored 1 point.
