Wagner Community School held their Coronation Monday evening, September 9 where Hunter Lhotak was crowned King and Presley Slaba was crowned Queen.

This year’s King candidates were Jackson Rolston, Preston McFayden and Hunter Lhotak. Queen candidates for the 2024 Homecoming were Janessa Powers, April Hollingsworth and Presley Slaba.

This year's Homecoming theme is 'Summer Getaway.'

Homecoming week continues as Tuesday is Tropical Day with Cheer competing at Parkston and Volleyball vs Platte/Geddes.

Wednesday is Flip/Flop Day with staff dressing as students/students dress as staff.

Thursday is Class Colors and Hoco Shirts with Volleyball team competing at Gregory.

Friday is Wagner Spirit Day with a Community Pep Rally at 2 p.m. and the football game vs Mount Vernon/Plankinton with kick off at 7 p.m.
