One of this week’s WCS Senior spotlight highlights Joey Cournoyer Jr. He is the son of Joey Sr. and Antoinette Cournoyer. During his years at WCS, Joey has been involved in many extra-curricular activities including basketball (four years), football (one year).

Joey Jr.’s advice to underclassmen would be to study and hit the gym. People chewing with their mouth open is Joey Jr.’s pet peeve. The person that Joey Jr. admires the most is his dad, Joey Sr. He admires his dad because of everything that Joey Sr. has taught him.

Joey Jr.’s favorite color is blue and his favorite class is P.E. Cheeseburgers and Texas Roadhouse are Joey Jr.’s favorite food and restaurant respectively. Joey Jr.’s favorite singer is Rod Wave and favorite movie is The Sandlot. When Joey Jr. is not busy with school or extra-curricular activities, he enjoys playing sports.

After graduation, Joey Jr. plans to attend college at University of South Dakota.
