One of this week’s WCS Senior spotlights highlights Qiara Bruguier. She is the daughter of Quentin Bruguier and Chiara Cournoyer-Bruguier. During her years at WCS, Qiara has been a part of several extra-curricular activities including band (one year), track (one year), volleyball (three years) and chorus (four years).

Qiara’s pet peeve is when people chew with their mouths open. The person that Qiara most admires is her sister, Kalia. Kalia is a strong, independent woman who works for everything that she wants and wants to accomplish in her life.

Qiara’s favorite color is pink and her favorite teacher is Ms. Sponder from her previous school. Tacos and La Juanita’s are her favorite food and restaurant respectively. Adele is her favorite singer. Qiara’s favorite actor is Adam Sandler and favorite tv show is Ginny & Georgia. When Qiara is not busy with school or extra-curricular activities, she enjoys coloring.

After graduation, Qiara plans to either go to cosmetology school or get a business degree to one day start her own business.
