Patty Frei motioned to update signatures at Commercial State Bank since the current ones are outdated.

Membership Updates
Chamber Dues Letters Please mail dues to the Chamber PO Box, and if your business didn’t receive the the letter, please get a hold of Michele or Patty to get that mailed to you.
Website Laken Nedved is almost finished with the new City of Wagner events website!
It is a way for individuals to stay current with events in the area!
Chamber businesses please send your information soon so the website can post current information to the website.
Committee Updates Have not send committee lists yet because Chamber is waiting for dues to come in. Next month hoping to discuss current committees!

Meeting dates Sending survey to Chamber Members so they can give their input on the day and time of the month that works best Planned Events Making it a goal this year to send Chamber Members a list of upcoming events months in advance so individuals can have these scheduled on their calendar Committees
Chamber Dollars - Deadline to spend Holiday Bucks is February 28th Currently sold close to $39k worth of Holiday Bucks sold this year Many new individuals purchased holiday bucks Farm Home, Garden & Sports Show Thursday, March 23 Applications have been sent to area vendors Ads and posters are coming out soon!
Volunteers are needed for the set up on Wednesday and take down after the event on Thursday Contact Scott Pechous for any questions or if you are wanting to be a vendor for the event Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 8th Rachel Woods: Great attendance last year! Event requires 2,000 eggs and filler candy for a total of $400 Requested $400 from the Chamber Motion from Marla Hewitt Second, Kara Frei Approved Location will be at Wagner Lake depending on weather If you would like to volunteer please contact Rachel City Beautification Will talk to Linda about the flower pots on Main Street Community Clean Up Tentative date in May Hunting & Fishing/Recreation Walleye Tournament — June 22, 23 Fire Department will volunteer to clean up fish Prairie Dog Bay will be the check in spot for boaters Donors so far: City of Lake Andes — $5k Pickstown $2,500 Fort Randall Casino $5k Mike Frei is the contact for the event City Wide Rummage Scavengers Journey — June 23-25 Chamber and Wagner Area growth are sponsoring for 3 years More information to come! Possibly move the Wagner City wide rummage for event to get involvement from several surrounding towns
