Choteau Creek Brewing Company had their 2nd annual Sausage Fest this past weekend on August 12. They offered three different types of handmade sausages that included jalapeno, gyro and the badger state sausage. About a hundred sausages were served with the most popular being the Wisconsin style badger state sausage. Sausages were handmade by brewers Paul Schoenfelder and Chancy Hansen. The kitchen also served homemade sides of macaroni and cheese, baked beans, corn on the cob and mexican corn. Musical entertainment was provided by Zach and Carly Schoenfelder.The Donut Deptartment was also in attendance serving up their delicious donuts featuring their new root beer flavor.
