WAGNER-BON HOMME GYMNASTS FINISH SEASON WITH PRIDE AND PROGRESS

Saturday, February 14th Varsity Beam: Aubry Williams, Addison Cuka and Emma McNinch all competed beam individual day. Amelia Rathgeber also competed this event as an exhibition gymnast. Emma McNinch scored a 7.7667 and Aubry Williams scored an 8.0833.

Varsity Floor: Aubry Williams scored an 8.9833. Emma McNinch also competed this event as an exhibition gymnast on team day. Great job, ladies!

This season flew by. We are so proud of how much these girls improved. Remembering that gymnasts are scored and deducted by tenths, it is empowering to know these girls all improved by a full six points. This season was full of learning. These girls learned how to get back up from a fall, an injury, fear, illness, and…life stresses. These girls tackled it all this season. Although we will lose two seniors this season, we are hopeful that with out of season practice and determination these young ladies will continue to improve and grow exponentially. We will be hosting open gyms throughout the spring and summer. Please watch for those days soon. We would like to invite any Wagner or Bon Homme girl in grades 6-11 interested in gymnastics to attend.

We would like to give a big thank you to Krcil Seed and Scott McNinch for the state sweatshirt they surprised the girls and coaches with for state. We would like to thank all the parents for the goodie baskets, and Rod and Doreen Patteson for the team meal they served the girls and coaches. Your generosity was greatly appreciated. We appreciate your kindness and thoughtful gestures.
