Wagner Bon Homme gymnasts competed in the Fort Pierre Invite Friday, January 5th.

Wagner Bon Homme gymnasts woke up early to compete in the 6-team tournament in Fort Pierre hosted by all the teams involved! The girls were anxious yet excited to finally have another meet this season. Getting to compete west river is always an entertaining time. With some season bests from Dusti Laska and Alexys Rueb, with a new floor skill being competed by Amelia Rathgeber, and with the feeling in the air of making it all count; these girls did just that today! They improved their team score by 11 points since the previous meet in Vermillion before Christmas break. With six more meets this month they are sure to get some much-needed competition practice in, just in time for the state qualifying meet the first week of February.

Bars: Alexys Rueb scored an 8.40 and placed 2nd, Jasmine Gilbert scored an 8.0, Addison Cuka scored a 5.55, Dusti Laska scored a 4.05, and Amelia Rathgeber scored a 4.25.

Beam: Alexys Rueb scored a 9.40 and placed 4th, Jasmine Gilbert scored a 7.70, Amelia Rathgeber scored a 6.40, Raelynn Kuhlman scored a 6.60, and Dusti Laska scored an 8.15.

Floor: Alexys Rueb scored a 9.55 and placed 2nd, Jasmine Gilbert scored an 8.30, Addison Cuka scored a 7.80, Amelia Rathgeber scored a 6.35, and Dusti Laska scored a 7.70.

Vault: Alexys Rueb scored a 9.10 and placed 2nd, Jasmine Gilbert scored an 8.95 and placed 6th, Amelia Rathgeber scored a 7.50, and Dusti Laska scored a 7.65.

All Around: Alexys Rueb scored a 36.45 and placed 2nd, Jasmine Gilbert scored a 32.95, Amelia Rathgeber scored a 24.80, and Dusti Laska scored a 27.50.
