WAGNER 2019 HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES PLANNED
Welcome to the Jungle is the theme for Wagner 2019 Homecoming week, October 14-18. Lots of excitement and activities happening next week at Wagner Community School.
Homecoming candidates for Queen are Emilea Cimpl, daughter of PJ and Marty Cimpl, Callie Frei, daughter of Billy and Patty Frei and Bella LeBeaux, daughter of Amia Moore and Jerome LeBeaux. Homecoming King candidates are Chance Blaha, son of Marie and Joe Blaha, Tony Bruguier son of Nicole and Anthony Bruguier and KJ St. Pierre, son of Kenny St. Pierre. Coronation is scheduled for Monday, October 14th after the home volleyball game with MVP.
Master of ceremonies for the events being held during homecoming week will be Grant Namminga, son of Lynn and Paul Namminga. Class attendants are Matia Picotte-Golus and Payton Petry were chosen from the freshmen class, Tawi Star Comes Out and Camden Roth were chosen for the sophomore class and Faith Podzimek and Corbin Weber from the junior class.
Student council has set the following for dress up days. Monday night at the volleyball game with MVP will be Dynamic Duo. Tuesday will be Pajama Day for the ELC/Elem/ MS with VCSO Girl and Frat boy for the high school. Wednesday will be Jersey/Sport Day. Thursday is Homecoming T-Shirt day with each class having a different color of shirts. Friday will round out the dress up days with Red Raider Spirit Day.
Sport activities during Homecoming week will be Monday evening volleyball with MVP at home, cross country will be participating in Regions at Beresford on Thursday, football with Chamberlain at home Friday evening and cheer will be at Platte on Saturday.
