The 605 Unity Jam has drawn interest throughout South Dakota, primarily due to word of mouth, through a radio interview, the “ South Dakota Magazine” and a film created by South Dakota Public Broadcasting entitled “ 605 Unity Jam - One Step At A Time”.

The Unity Jam still has room for additional arts and craft booths to join in this special day. Please contact Brenda Jaton at 605-491-1030 or at JATONB@ HOTMAIL.COM. if you have an interest in being a part of the arts and craft show. Admission to the Unity Jam is “free” and since it is “Fathers Day” everyone is encouraged to bring your dad to as there is something for the entire family. There is also time if your business or organization would like to help support this great event. If interested contact Dana Sanderson at ( 605-4910804 ) or ( danasanderson51@gmail.com ) The focus of the Unity Team is on creating an activity for everyone to feel welcome, to invite people to begin working together, to help build positive relationships locally and with other communities, to build partnerships within the community that require active involvement, to show case Wagner Lake and understand the meaning of the Unity Buffalo and most of all to increase cultural awareness, understanding, acceptance and appreciation for all cultures.
