On Thursday, April 28, Wagner’s track teams traveled to a small five team meet in Tyndall. This meet was postponed from an earlier date and therefore not all of the teams originally slated to compete were able to attend. The teams attending along with Wagner were Bon Homme, Avon, Scotland, and Platte-Geddes.
Wagner had five first place finishes in the girls’ events. Emma Yost won the discus with a toss of 115’ 10” which puts her in 6th place on Wagner’s leader board, right between Lauri Wiltz who had a throw of 119’ 6” in 1983, and Tana Uecker who threw it 114’ 10” in 1990.
Ashlyn Koupal won the high jump by clearing a height of five feet even.
Elizabeth Woods was the champion of the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 17.31.
Shalayne Nagel won the 200 dash in 28.14 and she anchored the winning 4x200 relay team with Alcista Dion, Eve Zephier and Woods.

300 Hurdles: Elizabeth Woods- 57.92 (3rd), Lydia Yost- 59.64 (4th), Cadee Nelson- 1:02.17 (5th)
800 Run: Presley Slaba- 3:07.07 (5th)
200 Dash: Eve Zephier- 29.82 (5th)
On the boys side, Wagner would claim three first place finishes on the day. Camden Roth would win the high jump with a leap of 5’6”. Glen Cournoyer won the 1600 with a 5:04 clocking. The Medley relay consisting of Matt Link, Jhett Breen, Lael Young, and Riley Roberts broke the tape in a time of 3:59.82.
