Operation Safe Ride has started! Operation Safe Ride is meant to promote safety by wearing a helmet while using any kind of wheels (bike, scooter, skateboard), as well as provide an opportunity for youth to meet local officers.

How it works: Any Wagner youth 18 and younger wearing a helmet using wheels will have the opportunity to “be caught” being safe by officers. Police officers will disperse a certificate (see attached). Recipient will bring certificate into Buche Foods to receive a sweet ice cream treat. Operation Safe Ride is hosted by Wagner Communities That Care (Wagner CTC). Wagner CTC would like to give a special thanks to Buche Foods for sponsorship of the treats and Wagner Police Department for partnering with us.
