STUDENTS REGARDING NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS
A New Year’s resolution is a promise to do something different in the new year, but is this a dying tradition? Of the students selected for this article, half of them set a resolution.
Senior Lincoln Thury has no New Year’s resolution for this year.
Junior Airen Cline, however, has resolved to concentrate on school and stay on time and with school work.
Sophomore McKenna Kocmich has a new resolution this year, and it’s to dress nicely for school instead of always wearing sweatpants.
Freshman Conor Long and eighth grader Jamisen Pelton have opted not to make a resolution for this new year.
Seventh-grader Breanna Hento’s New Year’s resolution is to get good grades and be a better student and person.
Whether or not you specifically set a New Year’s resolution, most people discuss options. Honestly, we should all set out to follow Breanna’s goal to be a better person…but not just for a year! Happy New Year!
