K-2nd:
Adrianna LaRouche
Adrianna LaRouche has shown wonderful progress this year! She is reading more difficult books with ease and pauses to reflect on what is occuring in the book. She is also getting much better with her math facts. Adrianna doesn't waste time - she is always busy completing daily work or reading books. She also loves to work on jigsaw puzzles in our classroom. Adrianna is quick to help a friend in need, whether it is a question that a friend has with our daily work, assisting a friend at recess, or keeping our classroom tidy. Adrianna also possesses a possitive 'Can Do' attitude. When thing get tough, she digs in and keeps trying her best. Keep shining, Adrianna! You can do great things!
3rd-5th:
Darling Elk Soldier
Darling Elk Soldier is a wonderful student in the classroom. She consistently waits quietly, follows directions the first time, and completes her work accurately and in a timely manner. Darling is highly engaged in her learning and continues to show growth academically. She is always willing to challenge herself and take on new learning opportunities.
High School: Callie Bergin
Callie is a great student, she always completes her assignments and hands them in on time. She is respectful in the classroom and gets along well with her classmates. Callie is always willing to help others and is kind to everyone. She is a leader and participates in school activities such as NHS and FFA.
Middle School: Carter Habben
Carter does a great job in science. Although he is quiet, he is always on task when asked to answer a question or read out loud. He does quality work all the time and meets class deadlines.
Attending a new school especially older in adolescence can be very difficult and Carter handled this change in his life amazing. With new classmates Carter has made friends and his classmates truly respect and accept Carter as their classmate. In some small towns this can be very difficult. Carter having brand new teachers did not stop him from being successful in the classroom. I have learned from the little time having Carter as a student, Carter does not speak often but when he does, it is important to listen to what he says.
