The Wagner Oral Interp team held strong as they went to regions on Monday, November 18th. The Region 2A meet was held in Oakoma at Cedar shores. Schools attending the meet included Miller, Chamberlain, Winner, Stanley County, Todd County, Bon Homme, Platte-Geddes, and Wagner.

The contest was a great success for Wagner. Wagner brought along 7 entries; 6 of which will be heading onto state. These entries include the Duet of Kallen Kafka and Michelle Soukup, The Non-O of Ciara Nelson, in Poetry Ciara Nelson, the Humorous of Kallen Kafka, Storytelling with Mackenzie Roberts, and The Reader's Theater of Daniel Soukup, Micelle Soukup, Mackenzie Roberts, and Kallen Kafka.

Because of their amazing efforts and placings, The Wagner Oral Interp Team won the Region 2A contest coming home with the Region Champ Trophy. The kids performed well at regions and we are extremely proud of all of them. It is because of their time and effort they put into Oral Interp that they are moving onto the State Contest. We are looking forward and are hopeful to see continued success with our performances at state.

State will be held in Yankton, SD on December 6th and 7th. Performances will be held at Yankton High School.
