Reece Loewe was born on March 13, 2003, to Ed Loewe and Jackie Pier (Tom Pier). She has two younger siblings, Parker and Ari Pier.

Reece’s favorite subject in school is History because “I love learning about the past and how we learned from it.” The one task she found most challenging as a senior was handing in scholarships on time and realizing she is done with high school after this year. Reece’s favorite high school activity is Oral Interp because she loved performing for people, and, “I won…a lot!” She also loved supporting her friends at sporting events. When asked what she will remember, Reece said, “I will forever remember playing in the SoDak 16 volleyball game against Chester my sophomore year.”

In Reece’s spare time she likes spending time with friends and family (mostly her little sisters), lifting weights, and napping.

Reece lives by the quote, “When you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine.”
