Justin Ferwerda, son of Randy and Angie Ferwerda, was born on March 1, 2004. His sister Carmidy is a freshman at AHS.

Ferwerda's favorite subject in school is shop because it is fun, and he gets to build stuff. Shop is also his favorite school activity. The most challenging task as a senior for Ferwerda is having a good attitude. Looking back, one thing Ferwerda will never forget is all of the memories that he’s made throughout his time at AHS. He will especially never forget the time when Lincoln came into the parking lot a little too fast and almost hit a bunch of parked cars.

In Ferwerda's spare time he enjoys farming and working on vehicles. The quote Ferwerda lives by is, “I would rather be quiet and thought an idiot, than open my mouth and remove all doubt.” -unknown.
