Randall Powers

Our senior spotlight of the week is Randall Jackson Powers. He was born on November 7th, 2007 to Dennis and April Powers. His siblings are his brother Clifford,hissisterReese,and honorary sister, Anna. His favorite subject in school is weldingbecausehecanbuild things with his imagination and see the progress. We asked him what the most challenging task as a senior is. He responded with “Having all eyes on you 24/7.” Some things that he likes to do in his spare time is hang out with friends, golf, and play video games. One inspirational quote that he livesbyis,“Amanwhonever made a mistake, never made anything.”

Some of his favorite high school activities are playing football and wrestling. One memory that he will remember forever is winning the football state championship in the dome. His proudest moment so far is going to the dome for football. His role model is Zach Johnson because “He got me started on lifting weights and working hard.” Some of his future plans are to help his parents with all of their businesses. Some of his advice for underclassmen is,'don'tgetbehind the 8 ball.” Randall says his biggest regret is not giving golfatry.Weaskedhimwhat he would miss most about AHS,andhesaid,“Iamgoing to miss my class and all of the great laughs that we had. I will remember playing in the dome the most.” We will miss you Randall!
