Spencer Dykstra is our other Pirate of the Week this week. She is the daughter of Drew and Alicia Dykstra. When we asked Spencer what her favorite subject was in school, she responded, “Spelling be - cause I like to learn how to spell challenging words.” She also likes math and is currently learning “the box method” for multiplication. Spencer stated that she looks up to teachers such as Mr. Hento and Ms. Wynia. When not at school, Spencer has many hobbies, such as drawing, coloring, reading, and listening to music!
