Since the COVID-19 outbreak around the world, social distancing is occuring . With the temperatures on the rise Sunday afternoon many took advantage of the beautiful weather and self-isolated on the river in hopes of reeling in some fresh fish. Over 70 boats were spotted below the Ft. Randall Dam as the temperatures reached 61 degrees.
