We got a lot of snow this January. Because of this, there have been a lot of snow days. With all these days off, there is so much to do! We asked a teacher, a high schooler, and an elementary student about what they did with their time off.
Mrs.Podzimek replied, “I spent six and a half hours throwing, decluttering, organizing, and cleaning my closet. I worked on school work and tried to catch up on things that needed to be done. I also was able to clean my house, finish all the laundry, do some baking/cooking, and catch up on “Ozark '' that Kenny and she watched together. I was also able to play a mean game of Uno with Bode, Brooks and Kenny.
“Having those snow days off was a nice time to catch up on life!” Declan Miner said. “I Shoveled the driveway, tried covering up the chickens, and helped the car get fixed, along with keeping the dogs isolated from the negative temperatures.”
Lastly, in elementary, Esmae Griffith said she went sledding with her dad. Though students and teachers enjoyed their time off, I think everyone prefers to be together in school.
