The Wagner Red Raiders wrapped up their 2024 season on Friday, May 17th with a 5-15 loss to Parkston. Mara Wright started in the circle for Wagner, walking two. Hannah Holzbauer finished the last two innings for the Red Raiders walking seven and striking out four.

The Red Raiders took the lead in the bottom of the first and held on through the second, but Parkston fought back and took the lead back in the top of the third to win the game. Brooklin Nielsen tallied two hits for the Red Raiders. Ravyn Medricky, Braxton Nedved, and Kayden Zephier each contributed a single a piece. Libby Kotab doubled for the Raiders and Lydia Yost tripled.

The Wagner JV team collected their first win of the season topping Parkston 13-12 in 3 innings. Bella Kotab held the pitching duties for the Red Raiders walking 11. The Red Raiders drew sixteen walks in the game and stole eight bases. Delainee Brunelle, Mara Wright, and Tegan Langdeaux each had two RBIs a piece and Brooklin Nielsen had one RBI. The girls were aggressive on the bases, played good defense and worked together.
