The Christian Temperance Union was formed in order to fight against alcohol and drug abuse, which is so prevalent in our society today . This contest makes children aware that drugs are out there and they should not get involved with them . Aalaya Sully was the state winner and her coloring entry will go on to compete at the National level . Kindergarten winners were: 1st - Harley Robertson, 2nd - Scott Kinley and 3rd - Chanel Ryker; first grade winners were: 1st - Aalaya Sully, and Saniya Shoutz; second grade winners were: 1st - Taeyln Knebel, 2nd - Cooper Kuhlman and 3rd - Jillian Gallagher; third grade winners were: 1st - Olivia Podzimek, 2nd - Cruise Koupal and 3rd Tie - Kenara Van Duysen and Addison Fischer .
